Another day at Flemington today, with a cross to the Gold Coast for the Group 2 Weight For Age AD Hollindale Stakes.

Melbourne’s had a fair dump of rain this week and with the track a soft 6 and showers still expected, it may be a harder assignment to find some value – but here’s our crack for you for today:


Race One – The Euroa VCS – 1000m

SH:         2 – Shacarde (each way)

MP:        12 – Shakespearean Lass


Race Two – Phillip Schuler ANZAC Day Stakes – 1400m

SH:         12 – Let Her Rip

MP:        2 – Petracca


Race Three – William Newton VC – 1600m

SH:         5 – Refer

Race Four – ANZAC Centenary Cup – 2600m

SH:         7 – Rawnaq

MP:        2 – Crafty Cruiser


Race Five – Hugo Throssell VC Handicap – 1400m

SH:         8 – Vuelta (each way)

MP:        10 – We’ve Got This (best of the day)


Race Six – VRC St Leger – 2800m

SH:         6 – Cuban Fighter (each way)

MP:        5 – Zatopaz


Race Seven – Flt Lt Peter Armytage Handicap – 1700m

SH:         6 – Silverball (Best of the day)

MP:        9 – The Bowler


Race Eight – William Malone/Auckland RC Trophy – 1200m

SH:         10 – Consorting (each way)

MP:        15 – Prince Harada
